Points of Early Retirement and all affiliates are not a travel agency, nor do we get any form of compensation from airlines, hotels or their affiliates. We are highly experienced frequent travelers with years of experience booking over millions of miles and points on flights and hotels. Our award booking services include making all necessary contact with various airlines and hotel to ensure the best-matched itinerary is in line with your requests. We will find the flights and hotels, place the reservation(s) on hold (when possible and necessary) and then – after confirming with you – book the reservation. Additionally, we are happy to transfer points/miles (when possible) to/from your different accounts as required. As a result, we are able to ensure that all decisions made when putting together your itinerary are based solely on your best interests – nothing else.
We will use every possible method and avenue to find seats and available nights in your preferred class of travel and preferred hotel chain, respectively. We are confident you will be pleased with the results! If you are not happy with the service provided you pay nothing beyond the $25 non-refundable deposit fee as long as we have not already booked the trip for you. You only pay the booking fees once we have an agreed upon itinerary on the flights/hotels and the reservation is made.
Once an agreed-upon itinerary has been booked and your invoice has been sent, payment is required within twenty four (24) hours. Those failing to remit full payment in that time frame are subject to having their itineraries cancelled, flights, hotels lost and/or miles confiscated.
Request of booking will require a $25 deposit (Airline Booking) or $10 deposit (Hotel Booking) to be able to start using our services. This deposit is non-refundable. In the event we do not book a successful award, the $25 and $10 booking deposit fee remains non-refundable.
INVOLUNTARILY & VOLUNTARILY CHANGES
Points of Early Retirement takes no responsibility for tickets that are involuntarily canceled, changed or otherwise tampered-with by the operating or issuing airlines. In the event of a schedule change proposed by the airline(s), we will do our best to “right the wrongs” of the airlines without any additional charges. Keep in mind, there are no guarantees the changes will be free, or that your reservation(s) will remain intact. You may be subject to fees from the airline(s) for those minor changes; the airline may also require additional miles to be used in some cases. In extreme cases that your booking requires to start from the beginning with a new award booking. You may be subject to additional cost, up to the cost of a new, additional award booking; that is in addition to the fees imposed by the airlines.
Voluntarily changes or cancellation of bookings will be subject to a change fee of $25, or possibly the full cost of an additional award booking. In addition to the fees imposed by the airlines/hotels themselves. This change request includes anything regarding the passengers, routing, dates of travel, airline(s), hotel(s), origin, destination or stopover location(s).
When changes do occur – be it by voluntarily or by involuntarily – we cannot guarantee a positive result due to the constant changes in award availability. While we will do our best to resolve any and all situations, and have your miles/points redeposited when needed, this may not always be possible and may come with additional airline-imposed fees. Please note that in some cases, it will not be possible to have your miles and/or points redeposited or have changes made at all.
All communication between you and Points of Early Retirement will be conducted via e-mail. If needed, a phone session will be used to inquire further information to complete your booking or change request. As flights and hotels are found you will receive more frequent communication from us. We always respond to e-mails from customers within 24 hours if not sooner. Because of constantly changing availability it is important to reply to our emails quickly if something acceptable is found! Delaying response could mean the availability is no longer available when we go to book the flights or hotels!
Please note, we are not responsible for any fees/taxes imposed on you by the airlines, hotel, credit card companies or any airline/airport personnel. All payments for our services are done via Paypal, one of the most recognized payment processing services online. After a transaction is processed your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers but only directly with Paypal.
Earn extra cash rewards for referring your friends and family to our services. During the booking phase referrals will need to input the referrer’s information as a reference. Referrer shall receive $10 each for new referral generated by the referrer. Credit shall only be awarded for referrals that use our services.
